Job summary

Peoplyee seeks a dedicated HSE/ISO professional to promote quality, environmental, and safety management systems in a manufacturing setting in Semarang. You will oversee ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards, prepare for SNI audits, and ensure regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Environment.

You will coordinate training, audits, and documentation, driving continuous improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and improve ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Prepare for and respond to SNI (Indonesian National Standard) audits.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Environment regulations and propose improvements.
• Conduct internal and external audits (customers and certification bodies).
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
• Manage ISO-related documentation (manuals, procedures, records maintenance).
• Conduct training sessions for employees on ISO compliance and best practices.
• Monitor and improve factory environmental and safety measures.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
