Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in IT service industries.
• General Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management.
• Familiarity with HIRADC, JSA, CSMS, HSE Plan, and ISO 45001/14001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs for safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct HIRADC, JSA, and environmental aspect-impact assessments.
• Perform HSE inspections, incident investigations, and report corrective actions.
• Manage PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and safety signs.
• Lead HSE inductions, safety awareness programs, and safety meetings.
• Monitor environmental management including hazardous waste handling.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare HSE documentation (CSMS, HSE Plans, audits) and support audits.
