Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking an experienced Certification Manager to oversee end-to-end product certification and licensing projects in Indonesia. You will manage the certification team, coordinate with laboratories, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

The role requires 8+ years in certification, strong project management, and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in product certification or related consulting.
• Proven end-to-end certification/licensing project experience in Indonesia.
• Experience with SBU, SKK, SNI, OSS-RBA, INSW, MIGAS.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

As Certification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end product certification and licensing projects, managing the certification team, coordinating with external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

Oversee certification and licensing projects including SBU, SKK, SNI, OSS-RBA, INSW, MIGAS, and other relevant industrial permits.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies to meet project SLAs.

Coordinate with laboratories, consulting firms, and relevant government authorities.

Lead, delegate, and develop the certification team.

Establish and improve internal certification procedures, SOPs, and best practices.

Monitor regulatory and policy changes and identify potential compliance risks.

Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, risks, and resource requirements.

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in product certification, testing agencies, laboratories, or related consulting firms.

Proven experience managing end-to-end certification/licensing projects in Indonesia.

Strong experience with SBU, SKK, SNI, OSS-RBA, INSW, MIGAS, or related industrial permits.

Minimum 3 years of team management experience.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting clients in construction, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, import-export, or oil & gas.

Direct experience working with relevant Indonesian certification and regulatory authorities.
