Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering with 5+ years in upstream oil & gas, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with 10+ years in upstream operations.
• Experience as Field Supervisor / Well Site Representative / Drilling Site Representative.
• IPM project experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Integrated Drilling Services activities at the project site (drilling, well intervention, and related services).
• Ensure all operations follow the work program, targets, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, field operations, materials, HSE, and service providers.
• Ensure readiness of personnel, equipment, materials, and other requirements before and during project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify field issues, and coordinate follow-up actions and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Provide operational progress reports and evaluations to the IPM Manager.
