Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Data Cruncher & Inventory Demand Forecaster in Jakarta Selatan to transform large volumes of operational, inventory, and supply chain data into actionable insights that improve inventory availability and reduce excess stock.

You will collaborate with operations, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and management teams to forecast material requirements and strengthen supply chain performance across multiple subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or related analytics.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as mining, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, MRP, and supply chain analytics.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and programming (SQL/Python/R).

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze large operational datasets from multiple units and sites.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models for critical inventory categories.
• Monitor stock movements, lead times, and warehouse utilization to improve planning accuracy.
• Calculate safety stock, reorder points, EOQ, and optimization parameters.
• Design dashboards and reports to visualize inventory health and risks.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for working capital optimization.
• Support procurement with forecasting insights and procurement recommendations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations to align forecasts with schedules.
• Support MRP processes and ensure alignment between forecast and procurement.
• Review data quality and reporting accuracy in ERP systems and databases.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and executives.
