Job summary

Alamii Food is seeking an Inventory Control Warehouse specialist in Tangerang (Kosambi) to maintain accurate stock records and oversee cycle counts. You will coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Purchasing, and PPIC to ensure stock accuracy and proper documentation.

The role requires a background in supply chain or related field, 2–4 years in inventory control, and proficiency with Excel/ERP/WMS tools. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment focused on food products and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG/food industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; ERP/WMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
• Record and verify all transactions in the inventory system.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock checks; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and aging to minimize overstock or stockouts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and product identification per SOPs and FIFO/FEFO.
