Indigo Luna Store in Bali is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing team. You will manage daily cycle counts, annual stocktakes, and physical store stock checks, ensuring accuracy across Shopify and Stocky.
You will monitor stock movements, enforce FIFO, and drive cycle count plans. Experience in apparel is an advantage, and strong English is required to coordinate with global partners.

Below are the job descriptions and requirements:
Job Descriptions:
Perform daily cycle counts for SKUs in the warehouse (±30–40 SKUs per day).
Conduct an annual stocktake in the warehouse.
Conduct a monthly stocktake in offline stores.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between the system (Shopify & Stocky) and actual items.
Perform recounts and follow up on discrepancies & report stocktake results.
Monitor stock transactions [inbound, outbound, adjustment, damage & sample] to ensure they are correctly recorded.
Monitor inventory movement to ensure FIFO is followed and items are easily found.
Develop and execute cycle count plans and schedules.
Analyze slow-moving and dead stock.
Ensure labels, bin locations, and stock arrangement meet standards.
Perform daily item receiving and prepare items before shipping.
Support internal and external audits with data and count results.
Requirements:
Experiences in Warehouse and Inventory for a minimum of 4 years
Must be good in English
Understand WMS and the related warehouse and inventory systems
Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, power point, word)
Good attitude and behavior
Experience in the apparel industry is an advantage
