Job summary

Oil States International is seeking a candidate for an inventory control role based in Batam, Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing inventory transactions in Glovia, reconciling ledgers, monitoring work orders, and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all transactions pertaining to Inventory in Glovia.
• Reconcile and review inventory sub ledger against general ledger.
• Perform daily walkthrough in workshop to verify issued inventory.
• Close work orders ensuring all costs are accurate.
• Perform GRN for all related purchase orders.
• Prepare counts sheets for physical inventory.
• Assist in reviewing the WIP vs Backlog report monthly.
• Review open work orders with sales and project team monthly.
• Compile manual timesheet accrual and summary reports.
• Assist in SOX audit and act as inventory contact with auditors.
• Compile MES export and import documents for GST reporting.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
• Comply with Oil States Industries Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all transactions pertaining to Inventory in Glovia
• Reconcile and review inventory sub ledger against general ledger and identify and investigate variances
• Perform daily walkthrough in workshop to verify issued inventory in WIP physically tallies with system (GLOVIA) issued quantities
• Close work orders and ensure all costs are accurate and complete
• Perform GRN for all related purchase orders, goods and services
• Prepare counts sheets for physical inventory cycle and year end counts
• Assist in reviewing the WIP vs Backlog report monthly
• Review with sales and project team on open work orders on a monthly basis
• Responsible for compiling manual/mercury timesheet accrual, non-productive and summary report – Daily and month end closing
• Assist in SOX audit and external audits. Will be the point of contact for all inventory related matters with auditors
• Compile and review MES export and import documents for quarterly GST reporting
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned
• Comply with the Oil States Industries Quality Management System

Qualifications
