Job summary

XUSTEEL PTE. LTD. is actively seeking an International Sales Executive to develop overseas markets and build international customer networks. The role involves handling end-to-end sales from prospecting to contract signing and after-sales support, with a focus on coating steel products and building materials.

Fluent English is required, with additional languages valued. This full-time, on-site position may require travel across time zones to engage global customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in international sales, export-import, trading, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong interest in developing global markets and overseas customer relationships.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional foreign language skills are highly preferred, such as Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian.

Responsibilities

• Develop international customers and expand overseas sales markets.
• Identify potential buyers, distributors, importers, and industrial customers worldwide.
• Conduct market research and analyze international market trends.
• Generate leads through online platforms, industry networks, exhibitions, and business channels.
• Communicate with overseas customers regarding product specifications, pricing, orders, and delivery arrangements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales service.
• Maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding production, logistics, documentation, and export processes.
• Achieve international sales targets and contribute to global business expansion.
