Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, eager-to-learn team member to support our Organization Development (OD) team. You'll help keep our manpower planning, organization structure, and job architecture data accurate, consistent, and up to date. It's a great start for anyone who wants to build a career in OD, HR analytics, or HR systems.

What You'll Do

• Administer manpower requests (MPR): check that submitted forms are complete and track approval status until closed
• Maintain manpower plan (MPP) and headcount data, and monitor actual headcount against the approved plan
• Set up and update the organization structure in HRIS (positions, reporting lines, cost centers) based on approved organization changes
• Maintain job architecture master data in HRIS (position codes, job titles, job grades, job families)
• Update organization charts and maintain the job description repository to reflect the latest approved structure
• Validate data consistency across HRIS, MPP, and org charts, and prepare periodic OD data reports
• Administer OD documents (org change requests, decrees/memos, SOPs) and archive both physical and digital records

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; interest in Organization Development is a must
• Basic understanding of HR administration processes and the employee data lifecycle; HRIS experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables) for data processing and reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate with large volumes of data, and able to meet deadlines
• Well-organized and systematic in documentation, with good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee data, with high integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn
