Job summary

Siemens is offering a trainee role focused on learning and development on our shop floor. You will coordinate training schedules, craft engaging materials, and build a training catalog while contributing to factory communications.

You will gain hands-on experience with Canva/Adobe design tools, Power BI dashboards, photography/video editing, and impactful presentations within a supportive mentor-led environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point for data management and analysis.
• Strong creative skills with design tools like Canva, Adobe.
• Interest in photography/video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A keen interest in learning and development, content creation, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
