MyShrine is an award-winning turnkey interior design and architecture studio in Bali. We bring ideas to life for commercial or residential projects and deliver excellence through production and installation.

As part of the Interior Project Team, you will coordinate concepts to completion, manage timelines, conduct site visits, and review drawings and BOQ to ensure design intent and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in interior project implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong understanding of interior materials, furniture production, and site processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage project timelines, site coordination, and communication with vendors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQ, and material specifications.
• Support documentation and reporting for project updates.
