PT Padang Golf Bukit sentul in Bali is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality interiors from concept through completion. You will develop mood boards, space plans, technical drawings, and compelling design presentations to translate concepts into tangible spaces.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Interior Design with 3+ years in luxury projects, showcase a sophisticated portfolio, and are fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of luxury interiors, space planning, material selection, and detailing.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization/rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and construction detailing.
Experience working with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and artisans from concept development through project completion.
Passionate about design, craftsmanship, sustainability, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multicultural and dynamic hospitality environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
Previous experience with an international luxury hospitality brand will be highly advantageous.
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, furniture and fixture selections, space planning, technical drawings, and design presentations.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure design concepts are translated accurately into the finished space.
Review materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and decorative elements to ensure consistency with the approved design concept and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor interior works to ensure execution meets design intent, specifications, quality, and timeline requirements.
Source and evaluate materials, furniture, accessories, and bespoke pieces, with consideration for local craftsmanship and sustainable design practices.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the design and implementation process.
Support renovation, refurbishment, and enhancement projects across the resort as required.
