Job summary

PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk is seeking an ID/Interior Designer to coordinate with hotel ID lighting consultants and other design specialists on site in Surabaya.

The role requires a bachelor in architectural engineering, 4 years of hotel design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, with Revit and rendering skills a plus; on-site during construction for 1–2 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of architectural engineering.
• 4 (four) year experience (preferably with Hotel Design/Development experiences).
• Fluent in Design Software (Autocad, Sketch Up, Photoshop).
• Plus point : Revit & Render software.
• Willing to be placed on site during ID construction phase (approx 1-2 year)

• Coordinate with ID & lighting consultants regarding Hotel ID
• Liaise with other consultants related to ID (Architect,MEP,Structure,Kitchen,AV,acoustic,etc)
• Review & check ID consultants drawing & spec
• Prepate tender documents from ID consultan for tender issuance
