PT Prana Nugraha Jaya invites an Architect and Interior Designer to join our team in West Jakarta. You will design, develop, and oversee diverse projects while coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure standards and codes are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in design and construction of commercial or residential projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans for a variety of projects.
• Conduct site visits, gather requirements, and create detailed design documents, including blueprints, 3D models, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all architectural designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality architectural solutions within agreed-upon parameters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior architects to support their professional development.
