PT. Graha Smart Indonesia is a lighting design, supply, and build company handling property and hospitality projects in Indonesia.

This position focuses on the development and visualisation of lighting design, ranging from lux simulation using Dialux, to 3D/perspective rendering and animation with AI tools assistance, and preparation of technical drawings using AutoCAD. You will work with the Lighting Designer, Project team, Engineer, and Supervisor, supporting survey and inspection, luminaire

Formación

• Attained education in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Design Communication, or related fields; SMK Gambar Bangunan graduates welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in lighting design, architecture, interior design, or visualization; fresh graduates welcome.
• Must master AutoCAD 2D and at least one 3D software (SketchUp/3ds Max/Rhino/Revit/Blender) and one rendering software (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion/D5 Render/Twinmotion)
• Experience with AI tools for visualization and editing software such as Photoshop or Canva is preferred
• Preferably familiar with Dialux Evo; training provided for those interested.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Lighting Designer in developing lighting concepts and schemes for interior, exterior, façade, and landscape areas
• Perform lighting simulation and lux calculations using Dialux (Evo) to ensure design meets standards and project requirements
• Prepare simulation reports for presentations, tenders, and client approval
• Assist with luminaire selection, luminaire schedule preparation, and product specifications
• Create 3D renderings and perspective visualisations of lighting atmosphere using 3D software and AI tools
• Create animations, walkthroughs, and mood boards for design concepts
• Prepare design presentation materials for clients and internal teams
• Create and revise 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD according to company standards
• Perform quality checks on dimension details, light point positions, and specifications in drawings
• Assist in preparing technical documents for quotation, tender, installation, testing, and handover needs

PT. Graha Smart Indonesia is a lighting design, supply, and build company handling property and hospitality projects in Indonesia. This position focuses on the development and visualisation of lighting design, ranging from lux simulation using Dialux, 3D/perspective rendering and animation (including with AI tools assistance), to the preparation of technical drawings using AutoCAD. Occasionally, this position will also support survey and inspection at project locations. You will work with the Lighting Designer, Project team, Engineer, and Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

Assist Senior Lighting Designer in developing lighting concepts and schemes for interior, exterior, façade, and landscape areas

Perform lighting simulation and lux calculations using Dialux (Evo) to ensure design meets standards and project requirements

Prepare simulation reports (lux level, uniformity, false color, etc.) for presentations, tenders, and client approval

Assist with luminaire selection, luminaire schedule preparation, and product specifications

Create 3D renderings and perspective visualisations of lighting atmosphere using 3D/rendering software and AI tools

Create animations, walkthroughs, and other visualisation methods (such as day/night simulation, before–after, and mood boards)

Prepare design presentation materials for clients and internal teams

Create and revise 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD according to company standards, such as lighting layout, installation details, circuit/wiring layout, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

Perform quality checks on dimension details, light point positions, and specifications in drawings before handover to field teams

Assist in preparing technical documents for quotation, tender, installation, testing, and handover needs

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Design Communication, or related fields; SMK Gambar Bangunan graduates with strong portfolio are welcome to apply

0–2 years of experience in lighting design, architecture, interior design, or visualisation; fresh graduates welcome

Must master AutoCAD 2D

Master at least one 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, or Blender) and one rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, or similar)

Experienced with AI tools for visualisation (image/video generation) and editing software such as Photoshop or Canva

Preferably master Dialux Evo; candidates not yet proficient but interested will be provided training

Good aesthetic sensitivity to light, colour, material, and composition

Must submit portfolio (technical drawings, renderings, and/or animations)

Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented, with good time management and ability to work to deadlines
