Job summary

VLink Inc in Jakarta is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable IT solutions. You will support data migration and ensure data accuracy, while bridging business users with the tech team for system and data issues.

You will conduct system integration tests, support UAT, and collaborate with project teams to meet timelines. Proficiency in insurance processes and data modeling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes.
• Experience in value-added insurance or banking is a plus.
• Experience with relational and multidimensional databases, data integration and transformation.
• Ability to create mockups using Figma.
• Ability to design sequence diagrams and ER diagrams using Draw.io or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide solution recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities.
• Perform historical data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct system integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a bridge between business users and the technology team for all system and data-related matters.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure project delivery stays on track and meets agreed timelines.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
