The ideal candidate will have a D3 diploma, strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, and experience with insurance claims management, data reporting, and CS tools like Zendesk/JIRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3.
• Excellent in Google Sheets and Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot).
• Experience in insurance claims management is preferable.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and JIRA or similar CS software is preferable.
• Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement.
• Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions.
