Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3
• Good in Gsheet or excel (vlook up, h look up, pivot)
• Experience in insurance claims management &> preferable
• Proficiency in data management and reporting
• Experience in using Zendesk & JIRA or similar customer service software &> preferable
• Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement
• Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and accurate data reporting for insurance claims
• Maintain effective communication with insurance partners
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA claims
• Monitor & compiling payment request from stakeholders
