Job summary

BRAWIJAYA HOSPITAL GROUP is seeking a qualified candidate with a medical or economics background to oversee insurance claims within a hospital setting. You will manage claims, ensure policy compliance, and safeguard confidential information while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a similar role, familiarity with healthcare administration, and strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting
• Possess relevant competency training certificates related to insurance claims, healthcare administration, or a similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in managing insurance claims or related functions within a hospital setting is highly preferred
• Good understanding and knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, terms, and applicable regulations
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with active proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities
