Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia Foods seeks an Insights Lead to drive consumer insights, identify growth opportunities, and translate deep consumer understanding into strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with regional and global insights teams to influence priorities and the product pipeline.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in applying insights to commercial decisions, with experience in leading data-driven initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in relevant field.
Strategic thinking integrating consumer and commercial insights.
Strong analytical mindset handling large data sets and combining ML with human insights.
Experience with Kantar Consumer Panel, Nielsen RMS, and other syndicated agencies.
High commercial savviness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
8–10 years of proven functional experience; consultancy preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial diagnostics for Foods by analyzing panel and RMS data to uncover growth levers.
Translate shopper/consumer behavior into insight-led recommendations for strategic decisions.
Develop insight-driven storylines connecting data to business opportunities.
Understand category demand drivers and inform brand strategy and positioning.
Strengthen consumer-centric thinking across the organization with actionable insights.
Track and interpret brand health KPIs to guide brand/category strategies.
Validate consumer propositions with rapid testing, social listening, and digital experiments.
Partner with commercial/category teams for AOP, JBP, and customer growth initiatives.
