Job summary

Vision Ease Asia in Indonesia is seeking a motivated Molding Maintenance Staff to support repair and preventive maintenance of molding production equipment and support facilities.

You will troubleshoot injection machines, material handling gear, pneum/hydraulic systems, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while recording maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Good teamwork, communication, discipline, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on production machines and support equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on injection machines, material handling, thermolators, and forklifts in the molding area
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CPAKB
• Complete maintenance reports, machine history records, and preventive maintenance checklists
• Support continuous improvement, 5R implementation, and workplace safety
