Job summary

PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our scalable infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance across services.

You will work with container platforms (OpenShift), Linux/Windows servers, databases, and backup systems, collaborating with vendors and internal users to meet infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with container platforms, especially OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with backup systems and storage management.
• Understanding of core networking services (DNS, NTP, Load Balancer, Proxy, Firewall).
• Basic understanding of database systems, including setup, maintenance, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support container platforms (OpenShift) and related cloud-native tools, serverless environments, microservices, VMs, and monitoring.
• Handle database administration, including deployment, backup and performance monitoring.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal users to fulfill infrastructure needs.
• Apply knowledge of networking, virtualization, and operating systems to support operations.

You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with both internal users and external vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve infrastructure that supports company service, ensuring high availability and performance
• Operate and support container platforms (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift) and surrounding technologies including cloud-native tools, serverless environments, microservices architecture, virtual machines, and system monitoring
• Handle general database administration, including deployment, backup, and performance monitoring
• Oversee storage and backup systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal users to fulfill infrastructure needs
• Apply fundamental knowledge of networking, virtualization, and operating systems (Linux and Windows Server) to support general infrastructure operations
