With 10+ years in commercial management, you will mentor teams and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Project Delivery to deliver high-value, compliant contracts.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in commercial management for major infrastructure, energy, or natural resource projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• Proven track record negotiating multi-million-dollar EPC and O&M contracts.
• Expertise in claims management and dispute resolution for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for major infrastructure and energy projects in Asia.
• Define procurement approaches for EPC, EPCM, Design & Build, and other bespoke agreements.
• Establish and maintain contract playbooks and negotiation guidelines.
• Lead negotiations for large-scale construction agreements to optimize risk and value.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow with rigorous change control.
• Provide executive reporting on commercial exposure and recovery strategies.
