Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in health-related fields or relevant social science background.
• Priority to candidates residing in Purbalingga and surrounding areas.
• Good understanding of patient rights, consent and confidentiality; clear communication

Responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent from eligible visitors per approved protocols.
• Explain the purpose of consent, data use, and patient rights clearly.
• Ensure informed consent docs are complete, accurate and recorded.
• Screen patients to identify care gaps during visits.
• Coordinate with health workers to address gaps and follow up.
• Review and upload data from legacy or existing applications within 24 hours
• Record consent status and follow-up actions in the digital system
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with ethical standards
