Job summary

CIMB Niaga is seeking a System Analyst to lead complex application development efforts, analyzing requirements and designing system specifications to meet bank SLAs and business needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT, strong SQL, and expertise in Kubernetes, GCP, IAM, Docker, Python, Node.js, .NET, and ETL tools, with the ability to guide users and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an IT environment, specifically system development as a System Analyst.
• Understanding of banking concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL syntax.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and GCP concepts.
• Understanding of IAM and Docker concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and Node.js programming languages.
• Proficiency in Composer, Airflow, and ETL tools.
• Advanced proficiency in the .NET programming language.

Job description

• Execute and maintain complex application development processes, including requirements analysis, system design, and the definition of system and program specifications.
• Conduct application testing to ensure the developed application operates smoothly and effectively in alignment with business needs, and supports the bank's business processes in accordance with previously agreed-upon SLAs for the applications managed.
• Develop solutions (design, system flowcharts, complex coding) and provide technical guidance and consultation to users, as well as formulate plans and offer assistance and support to application users.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of experience working in an Information Technology environment—specifically in system development as a System Analyst.
