Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome.
• Interest in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Able to handle repetitive administrative tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong learning mindset and motivation to grow.
• Has administrative experience.
• KOL or partnership experience is a plus.
• Extroverted with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing influencer strategies.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard relevant KOLs; maintain the influencer database.
• Support communications, negotiations, and campaign coordination.
• Prepare briefs, track content timelines, and ensure brand compliance.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting insights.
