Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic Personal Account Development and Brand Account Support specialist to drive influencer growth and manage brand collaborations on TikTok and Instagram. You will craft personal positioning, create engaging content, and coordinate with internal talents and agencies.

Responsibilities include developing content ideas, scripts, and briefs, coordinating with editors and designers, and monitoring performance with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or influencer management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and growth strategies.
• Creative, trend-aware, and knowledgeable in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong content ideation and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficient in basic tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Sheets, TikTok Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing creator accounts, working with creator agencies, or talent management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal content strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach organically.
• Manage content schedules, live sessions, and collaborations with brands and other creators.
• Build and strengthen personal positioning, including niche, tone, and communication style.
• Develop content ideas aligned with monetization opportunities, such as product reviews, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and tips.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies for potential collaborations and endorsements.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, insights, KPIs, and account growth.
• Develop content scripts and briefs and coordinate with the creative team, including video editors, designers, and talents.
• Manage content production timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare weekly/monthly content performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
