Job summary

KOL.ID is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist for a full-time hybrid role in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. In this position you will plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns with a focus on creator partnerships to drive performance and brand growth.

Responsibilities include onboarding new affiliates, managing partner relationships, monitoring campaigns, and delivering regular reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing with analytics/tracking experience.
• Expertise in Affiliate Marketing including partner recruitment and campaign optimization.
• Solid Marketing knowledge: brand positioning, audience segmentation, and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience with influencer platforms and performance-based campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns across digital channels.
• Identify and onboard new affiliates and manage partner relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align activities.
• Analyze data to improve ROI and test new offers and creatives.
