• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of production systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize layouts, material flow and equipment utilization.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and management to implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and report impact of changes.
