Formulatrix is seeking a General Process Engineer for placement in Salatiga/Semarang, Indonesia. The role focuses on developing and optimizing industrial processes from inception through startup and certification, with strong emphasis on data-driven evaluation and cost-efficient operation.

You will lead process improvements, assess production methods, and implement innovative solutions to enhance output quality and efficiency, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless mass

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with process simulations and various manufacturing improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, PFMEA, and PDCA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and certification.
• Assess and evaluate production processes by taking accurate measurements and interpreting data.
• Design and implement innovative processes, systems, and solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.
• Manage the introduction of new products and processes into the production environment for mass production.
• Maintain and reduce production costs and time constraints to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential failures in the production process through PFMEA/DFMEA.
• Review design for manufacturability, 2D/3D reviews, develop BOM, assembly chronology, and prepare standard work instructions.
