Job summary

PT Lbm Energi Baru is seeking a qualified nurse for our Kendal industrial site. A Diploma in Nursing (D3) is required and a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is an advantage; at least 2 years of nursing experience in industrial, mining, or manufacturing settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Nursing; S1 is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in industrial, mining, or manufacturing settings.
• Valid First Aid (P3K) and Occupational Health (Hiperkes) certificates.
• Knowledge of K3 and emergency response procedures.
• Experience with basic life support, wound care, and handling workplace medical emergencies.
• Ability to maintain medical records and prepare health reports accurately.
• Able to conduct routine health checks (MCU, drug test, etc.) and promote workplace health programs.
• Familiar with clinic inventory management (medical supplies, medicines, equipment).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with employees and management.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and remote/industrial site environment.
• High integrity, discipline, and commitment to professional ethics.
