Job summary

Alia Digital Printex (Modinity Group) seeks an Industrial Engineer to support production from Cutting through Packing. You will perform time and motion studies, balance lines, and analyze capacity to improve efficiency. The role requires strong data skills and cross‑department collaboration.

You will drive Lean and continuous improvement projects, monitor KPI dashboards, and coordinate with QA, PPC, and operations to meet targets on the factory floor in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of production from Cutting – Sewing – Finishing – Packing.
• Proficient in time/motion studies, line balancing, capacity planning, work measurement, layout and method improvements.
• Strong data analysis with KPI reporting; proficient Excel skills incl. Pivot, dashboards; PowerPoint.
• Willing to work toward targets and coordinate cross-departmentally.

• Conduct time studies and motion studies.
• Develop line balancing to improve efficiency.
• Analyze production capacity and manpower requirements.
• Propose improvements for work methods and layouts.
• Monitor efficiency, output, utilization, and productivity.
• Analyze the root causes of low efficiency and provide action plans.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, PPC, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing to achieve production targets.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related major.
• Understanding of the production process from Cutting – Sewing – Finishing – Packing.
• Proficient in: Time Study & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Work Measurement (SMV/SAM), Layout Improvement, Method Improvement, Productivity Analysis, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup, dashboard), PowerPoint, and preferably proficient in Power BI or ERP software such as Oracle/SAP.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create production KPI reports.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Willing to work toward targets and conduct direct observations on the production floor.
