Job summary

EPOS is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner and Operations professional to support our Indonesia business. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders on performance, workforce planning, and policy guidance, and oversee Jakarta office administration and compliance.

You will collaborate with local teams to drive organisational growth, ensure smooth HR operations, and implement group or regional HR initiatives at the local level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience supporting business leaders and employees in a growing organisation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Indonesian roles, including high-volume hiring.
• Act as primary HR contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia.
• Oversee office administration and coordination for the Jakarta office.
• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.

KeyResponsibilities

1.Recruitment

• Manage end-to-endrecruitment for Indonesian roles,includinghigh-volumehiringwhererequired.
• Partnerwithhiringmanagerstounderstandmanpowerneedsandrolerequirements.
• Sourcecandidatesthroughjobportals,agencies,referrals,anddirectoutreach.
• Coordinateinterviews,manageoffers,andsupportonboardingprocesses.
• Trackrecruitmentpipelines,hiringprogress,andkeyrecruitmentmetrics.

2.HRBusinessPartnering

• ActastheprimaryHRcontactforbusinessleadersandemployeesinIndonesia.
• Supportmanagersonday-to-dayHRmattersincludingperformancemanagement,employeerelations,andworkforceplanning.
• AdvisemanagersonHRpolicies,processes,andlocallabourpractices.
• SupportimplementationofgrouporregionalHRinitiativesatthelocallevel.
• Assistinorganisationalchanges,roledesign,andpeople-relatedplanning.

3.OfficeAdministration&Operations

• Oversee officeadministrationandcoordination fortheJakartaoffice.
• Manageofficevendors,facilities,andsupplies.
• Supportonboardinglogistics(workspacesetup,access,equipment).
• Coordinateinternalactivities,meetings,andbasicofficeoperations.
• Maintainofficerecordsandadministrativedocumentation.

4.HROperations&Compliance

• SupportHRoperationsincludingemployeerecords,contracts,anddocumentation.
• EnsureHRpracticescomplywith Indonesianlabourregulationsandinternalguidelines.
• Coordinatewithpayrollandexternalvendorswhererequired.
• SupportauditsandreportingrelatedtoHRandofficeoperations.
