Job summary

Takeda Life Sciences Indonesia is seeking a Training Lead to build and coordinate learning and development for BioLife Plasma Operations in Indonesia. The role ensures staff are prepared, compliant, and aligned with Takeda’s quality standards, while aligning local programs with global L&D strategy.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing regulatory and compliance trainings, managing the local LMS, Collaborating with senior leaders, and continually improving training effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Life Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Certification in adult learning, instructional design, or organizational development preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or plasma environments.
• Experience implementing or managing training systems (LMS) and regulatory training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate global L&D strategy into a local Indonesia roadmap and promote a culture of lifelong learning.
• Develop, adapt and implement training programs meeting local regulatory and operational requirements, including GxP, compliance and safety training.
• Establish and maintain a local training management process with LMS coordination and documentation.
• Collaborate with Country Head, Medical Director, Quality & Regulatory Manager, HR Lead, and regional teams to align programs.
• Measure training effectiveness using data and feedback and drive continuous improvement.
