Job summary

Private Company, LLP in Jakarta seeks a sales/BD professional to develop opportunities and expand market presence in Indonesia. The role targets EPCs, distributors, and industrial clients, with close coordination to the China headquarters.

Requirements include Indonesian citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in relevant fields, Mandarin (HSK 4+), and strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English. Basic understanding of power systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years in sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Mandarin proficiency at HSK Level 4 or above, with Indonesian and English communication preferred.
• Experience in power, electrical equipment, new energy, industrial equipment, or EPC industry; basic power systems knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation, market development and customer relationship management; proactive and independent.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and grow the company’s market in Indonesia.
• Identify and win new customers, including EPCs, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Research market trends, identify potential projects, and monitor competitors.
• Maintain relationships, negotiate terms, and follow up on quotations and projects.
• Coordinate with China HQ on inquiries, product information, and project development; report progress to the General Manager.
