Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Shavers, Ligthers & Stationery in Indonesia. You will develop strategic plans, manage distributor relationships, and lead a direct report to achieve sales targets while improving profitability in a dynamic FMCG market.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Indonesia market, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering results through channel expansion and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales in FMCG.
• Experience with distributor management and channel development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to expand market coverage.
• Lead sales and marketing plans with distributors to drive availability and promotions.
• Mentor the commercial direct report and set performance expectations.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and collaborate with finance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and risk controls.
