PT Universal Music Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager, International Marketing to develop marketing plans for artist releases and campaigns for UMG global acts in Indonesia. You will work with regional teams, artist management, finance and sales to craft strategies, execute campaigns and analyze performance.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team. Fresh grads welcome; 2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support development of marketing plans for artist releases and campaigns.
• Execute marketing plans aligned to P&L and business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and review campaign performance for insights.
• Manage marketing campaign assets across channels.
• Build relationships with artists and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate artist promotions across digital and non-digital channels.
• Liaise with media partners and agencies to support campaigns.
