Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Partnerships Manager for YouTube Music Partnerships in Indonesia. You will lead relationships with Tier-1 Indonesian labels and artists, coordinating campaigns and partnerships to drive growth on YouTube Music.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner support, licensing, and strategic execution, while communicating effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in music, media, entertainment consulting, media agencies, or similar industries.
• Experience in managing external partnerships.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Tier-1 Indonesian labels and artists, leading regular meetings on strategy, best practices, business updates, and key YouTube events (e.g., Masterclasses).
• Host business reviews and act as the local industry subject matter expert to identify growth opportunities, issues, and market trends.
• Track priority releases, advocate for partners internally, and lead cross-functional music teams to prioritize and execute promotional support plans.
• Support music licensing, distribution agreements, and label authorizations for portfolio Tier-1 partners.
• Collaborate across Legal, GAAP, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive business processes, resolve strategic escalations, and optimize operations in Indonesia's vertically integrated market.
