Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive business transformation, oversee day-to-day multi-site operations, and deliver company-wide performance improvements in Jakarta. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership, manage KPIs, budgeting, and cost control, and shape strategic execution across Operations, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multi-site, multi-function, or large-scale business operations.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, budgeting, cost control, and business performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership, owners, or board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business functions.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and financial results.
• Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure effective resource planning, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Foster alignment and collaboration across Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR, and support functions.
• Review organizational capabilities and support leadership development.
• Provide regular business updates, recommendations, and action plans to senior stakeholders.
