Job summary

CADDi in Indonesia seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive growth for the AI Data Platform for Manufacturing. You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales from lead generation to closing deals, partnering with Customer Success to ensure customer transformation.

The role focuses on strategic account development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and rapid market expansion in Indonesia. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required; Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience in B2B software or manufacturing solutions.
• Native Indonesian and professional English skills (Japanese a plus).
• Proven track record of pitching to C-suite and top management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end professional enterprise sales from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer transformation.
• Conduct strategic account research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, metrics, and promotional activities.
• Drive CADDi's market presence and business growth in Indonesia.
