• Must have strong business development experience in EPC/mining/infrastructure ecosystems.
• Excellent networking abilities with contractors, government agencies and industry groups.
• Proven track record in international markets and complex stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with EPC contractors, mining operators, infrastructure developers, and strategic partners in Indonesia.
• Represent the company in meetings, tenders, pre-bid engagements and industry forums.
• Support market insights: bids, project pipelines, regulatory landscape, competitors.
• Assist in lead generation and partner identification for equipment, projects or JV/agency arrangements.
• Act as main point of contact for local stakeholders, clients, and consultants.
