Qualifications

3–5 years leading influencer/creator relationships in tech or lifestyle categories.
2+ years managing PR and earned media strategy in Indonesia.
Active, proven Indonesian creator network including agencies and managers.
Deep understanding of influencer strategies for high-consideration tech and parenting.
Strong track record in contract licensing, talent deals, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead influencer strategy across electronics, personal gadgets, and baby products in Indonesia.
Manage sponsorships, product seeding, and experiential brand activations.
Oversee community initiatives to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Direct PR strategies, media relations, and press events.
Negotiate contracts and governance for talent deals and campaigns.
