Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to supervise administrative teams across 2-3 distribution centers in Indonesia and ensure SOP and SLA compliance. You will drive accurate AR, cash flow management, and SAP-based financial recording.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership, and analytics, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across departments. Indonesian-based operations and extensive stakeholder coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in SAP and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative teams across 2-3 Distribution Centers, ensuring SOPs and SLAs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, overdue balances, and collections to achieve AR targets.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in SAP in line with company regulations.
• Oversee accurate bank reconciliations by customer and invoice number.
• Manage cash flow for each Distribution Center.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for AR, Collection, and Panjer.
