Job summary

PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Commodity Manager for Indirect spend to shape sourcing strategy, optimize costs, and drive supplier performance across multiple sites in Indonesia. The role collaborates closely with operations, engineering, finance, and HR to align procurement with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of cost reductions in indirect categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably indirect categories.
• Experience in multi-site or regional supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend (e.g., MRO, services, CapEx support).
• Drive cost savings, demand management, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management (KPIs/QBRs).
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, HR, and EHS to support business needs.
• Ensure procurement compliance and governance (e.g., No PO No Service).
• Monitor market trends and manage supply risks and continuity plans.
• Track and report savings, KPIs, and supplier performance metrics.
• Lead and develop procurement team capability.
