PT Darya Varia Laboratoria, Tbk, a long-established Indonesian pharmaceutical company, seeks a proactive Legal Counsel to review contracts and regulatory documents, identify risks, and escalate significant issues to the Head of Legal.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, coordinate with IT and external vendors for legal applications, develop templates and compliance checklists, and support contract negotiations to align with guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, to review and draft legal docs.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and other legal documents to identify legal and commercial issues and escalate significant risks to Head of Legal/Legal Manager for direction.
• Support Head of Legal by acting as liaison between the legal team and internal business stakeholders for day-to-day legal matters.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors as the legal function contact for legal applications, ensuring rollout and adoption.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists and standard templates to support legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations and assist in implementing corrective actions as required.
