Job summary

Our legal team in Jakarta is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to manage contract drafting, review and negotiation within the assigned scope. The role covers pre- and post-contract activities, including execution, amendments and terminations, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and practical risk mitigation.

You will develop standard templates, provide day-to-day legal advisory, and work closely with cross-functional teams to reflect commercial arrangements and safeguard company

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree in law (SH) from reputable universities in Indonesia.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm, preferably involving drafting, review and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian contract and commercial law and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to telecommunications, AI/cloud, data centre or technology infrastructure industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements, order forms, correspondence and other legal documents for transactions within the assigned scope.
• Support pre-contract and post-contract activities, including contract execution, implementation, amendments, renewals, termination and contractual claims.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency in deal execution.
• Coordinate with business teams and other relevant functions to ensure that contractual terms reflect agreed commercial arrangements and appropriate legal safeguards.
