Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in management positions, managing health programs.
• Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with MEAL and beneficiary accountability.
• Experience working with government officials at strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Project management: design and implementation of programmes and activities.
• Manage financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and burn rates.
• Recruitment, staffing, performance management, and staff development.
• Represent Save the Children with government and local/international partners.
