Job summary

IIX Global seeks a Consultant for Training Modules Development in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role focuses on developing training materials for women-owned MSMEs under the Impact Investment Readiness project. The consultant will adapt modules for local delivery and will work in a hybrid model.

The position requires a strong background in instructional design, fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a minimum of 7 years in educational program development. Engagement is scheduled from June to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Experience in developing training materials in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the Indonesian WMSME ecosystem and gender barriers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for training module development.
• Review and contextualize existing training materials.
• Develop a Training-of-Trainers programme for local trainers.

Skills

Strong instructional design capabilities

Exceptional written communication skills

Proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with Indonesia's sustainable finance

Education

Advanced degree in Education or related field
