Job summary

Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) is seeking an Associate Vice President / Vice President to lead the Indonesia program (IIRI). The role blends research, sustainability, ESG and regulatory analysis with strong program management and business development skills.

You will drive content, manage program execution, build partnerships, support fundraising, and expand IIX’s impact in Indonesia, working with a regional team to deliver results and donor commitments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental studies, economics, business, public policy, or related field.
• 8–12 years of AVP-level experience in program management, sustainability, ESG, research and business development.
• Proven regulatory compliance expertise in Indonesia.
• Experience fundraising, partnership building and donor engagement.
• Strong program management across planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive research and content development for IIRI and related initiatives.
• Manage program execution, partnerships, and donor reporting.
• Support fundraising efforts and expansion of Indonesia program network.
• Provide operational and administrative support for country activities.
• Collaborate with Indonesia team and regional colleagues to meet objectives.
